Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and verified email from Google.
Project data: the factory briefs, machine descriptions, layouts, simulation configurations, and financial assumptions you enter, and the outputs generated for them. This is the product — it is stored so your work persists.
Usage data: timestamps of AI generations, used to enforce fair-use limits.
Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.
How AI processing works
When you use AI features, the relevant project inputs are sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude models) to generate the output, under Anthropic's commercial API terms. We do not use your project data to train models, and our AI provider does not train on API data under its standard commercial terms.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Where data lives
Application data is stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure (Railway). Reasonable technical measures protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service — hosting (Railway), AI generation (Anthropic), payments (Paddle), and email delivery where applicable — and where required by law.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and all associated projects at any time by emailing support@mulvora.app. Deletion is permanent.
Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy in the product.
