One-time project packs

If you purchased a project pack and have used fewer than 5 AI generations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Once a project's AI generations have been meaningfully used (5 or more), the work has been delivered and the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by law.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 5 AI generations that period, we will refund that payment in full.

Something went wrong?

If the Service failed to deliver what you paid for — errors, outages, or generations that failed — contact us and we will make it right with a refund or credit regardless of the rules above.

How to request

Email support@mulvora.app from your account email with your Paddle order number. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
