Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. The service
Mulvora ("the Service", "we"), available at mulvora.app, is a software workspace for preliminary factory planning: AI-assisted concepts, layouts, machinery design, engineering calculations, production simulation, and financial feasibility screening. The Service is operated by the owner of mulvora.app. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Preliminary engineering — the most important clause
Everything Mulvora produces is a preliminary planning basis, not professional engineering, financial, investment, or legal advice. Outputs — including AI-generated concepts, machinery designs, calculations, simulations, 3D models, and financial models — are based on assumptions, simplified methods, and information you provide, and may contain errors. They are not verified, not certified, and not fit for fabrication, construction, procurement, operation, or investment decisions on their own.
You must have all outputs reviewed and verified by appropriately qualified and, where applicable, licensed engineers, and by qualified financial and legal advisors, before acting on them. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use it unlawfully.
4. Plans, payments, and usage limits
Free plans run AI features in a deterministic demo mode. Paid plans are described on the pricing page and are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. Prices may change; changes do not affect purchases already made. AI features are subject to fair-use allowances and rate limits stated at purchase or in the product.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the project data you enter and the outputs generated for your projects. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that data to operate the Service. We do not claim intellectual-property ownership over your designs. Note that AI-generated concepts are not checked for novelty or freedom-to-operate; patent and IP clearance is your responsibility.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to design weapons or mechanisms intended to harm people, to infringe others' rights, to resell raw access to the underlying AI models, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the Service.
7. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that outputs are error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost capital, plant downtime, equipment damage, or personal injury arising from decisions based on Service outputs — consistent with Section 2, which requires qualified professional review before any such decision.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. Sections 2, 5, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
